Intake Process

The first step is to schedule a brief phone consultation with us under the “New Patients” tab to discuss your concerns and treatment goals. If the clinic can help serve your needs,  I will send you a link to sign up for my secure patient portal. At the end of the intake visit, we will determine whether we are a good fit and it is at this point that we would form the patient-doctor relationship. Regardless, you will be advised regarding your clinic assessment and treatment options based on our complete psychiatric evauation.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment.  I accept most forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, cash, zelle, venmo. At this time, I am considered an out-of-network provider do not accept insurance. However, many insurance companies will provide partial to full coverage for services rendered by a psychiatrist. Please check with your insurance company for specific benefits applicable to your plan and inquire about “out-of-network mental health coverage”.  I am able to provide you with a superbill through the patient portal to submit to your insurance company, as needed.

No Show/Cancellation Policy

Please provide 48 hours notice for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged a fee. Appointment reminders are a courtesy but cannot be guaranteed.

Emergency Services

New England Psychiatric Center does not provide crisis/emergency services. If you have a crisis or emergency, please call 911, the crisis line, or go to your nearest emergency room.
